Landsea Brooke Passive Hotel

Landsea Brooke Hotel is first passive construction designed by domestic real estate developers according to hot-summerand cold-winter climate in Yangtze River Delta. The construction wins first EDGE and DGNB in China because of its excellent sustainability, it is milestone to domestic passive construction and development.

Passive green construction is from Germany, it is international approval technology which integrates high comfort, energy saving and economy.

The Brooke passive house is built by Landsea, PHI and DENA. The hot-summerand cold-winter climate in Yangtze River Delta challenged the passive house in energy saving and indoor comfort.

On the surface, it is a normal building, while it is not the case when it comes to its construction technology.

Brooke took the lead in achieving breaks in various technical standards. Though effected by bad weather, it is still constant temperature and humidity system and oxygen. The room temperature is 20℃-60℃,the RH is 30%-70%.Strict control for exposure, shape factor, architectural shading ,external wall insulation and energy-saving doors and windows brings

70%-80% energy saving for Brooke passive house, compared with traditional construction.
